Responsibilities
~1 min read- Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff
- Promote trauma-informed, harm reduction, and housing-first approaches
- Ensure adherence to clinical and ethical standards
- Strengthen early identification and intervention systems
- Lead quality improvement initiatives
- Review trends and improve responses to critical incidents
- Facilitate case conferences for high-acuity tenants
- Support crisis intervention and de-escalation
- Lead incident reviews and prevention strategies
- Build relationships with community behavioral health providers
- Improve referral pathways for mental health and substance use treatment
- Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams
- Lead staff training and professional development
- Support onboarding and team growth
- Oversee a social work internship program
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Maintain compliance with funder and regulatory requirements
Requirements
~1 min read- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Clinical licensure (or in progress) preferred
- 3–5+ years of clinical experience, including supervision
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and housing-first models
