Clinical Nurse Manager, Hospice

• →Provide clinical leadership for a team of hospice nurses, aides, and other caregivers
• →Oversee patient care planning, case conferences, and documentation
• →Support clinicians with coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving in the field
• →Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, hospice regulations, and best practices
• →Collaborate closely with the Hospice Director, Medical Director, and IDG team
• →Help drive a positive, supportive team culture that reflects The BAYADA Way

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of practice
• 2+ years of hospice, home health, or related clinical experience (leadership/supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort making decisions that guide patient care
• Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills

• Full-time, exempt leadership role.
• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with flexibility based on client and team needs.
• Participation in an on-call rotation as needed to support the team.
• Primarily office-based in North Bergen, NJ, with routine field visits for supervision, support, and quality oversight.
