At BAYADA, our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, strengthen everyday skills, and live more independently in the comfort of their own homes. If you have at least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, this is your opportunity to turn that experience into meaningful, relationship-centered work.

What We Offer
~1 min read- 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required (18+)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations based off clients needs
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
- Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area
Responsibilities
