As an Employee Services Coordinator, you will provide recruiting support services to the primary Recruiting Manager and help strengthen the recruiting and onboarding experience across three BAYADA Assistive Care offices: Tinton Falls (AMC), East Brunswick (MAC), and Westfield (WES).
This is a highly collaborative, multi-office role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and keeping important processes moving. You will support the primary Recruiting Manager across all three offices and must be willing to travel between AMC, MAC, and WES to support the administrative functions of the recruiting process.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Provide recruiting support services to the primary Recruiting Manager across Tinton Falls (AMC), East Brunswick (MAC), and Westfield (WES).
- →Coordinate candidate interviews, scheduling, reminders, communication, and follow-up throughout the recruiting process.
- →Monitor applicant tracking system and candidate workflow stages to help prevent delays and maintain a clear, organized pipeline.
- →Prepare and organize onboarding materials, orientation schedules, new-hire documentation, and timely handoffs to office leaders.
- →Communicate clearly and compassionately with candidates, caregivers, hiring leaders, and office teams by phone, email, and other communication channels.
- →Support background checks, references, compliance documentation, personnel file requirements, and other pre-employment processes.
- →Maintain accurate records and cross-check required information across electronic systems and applicable checklists.
- →Coordinate with the AMC, MAC, and WES office teams to support a consistent candidate and new-hire experience across all three offices.
- →Help welcome new hires, support orientation activities, and ensure candidates receive clear next-step guidance.
- →Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide a warm, professional experience to candidates, caregivers, and community members.
- →Assist with recruiting events, community outreach, walk-in interviews, and other activities that connect BAYADA with prospective caregivers.
- →Run reports, track recruiting and onboarding activity, and communicate timely updates to the primary Recruiting Manager and office leadership.
- →Travel between AMC, MAC, and WES as required to support recruiting and administrative functions.
- →Support caregiver engagement, recognition, retention, and career-development communications as part of the broader employee experience.

- Strong organization, follow-through, time management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A welcoming, professional, and service-oriented approach when working with candidates, caregivers, leaders, and community partners.
- The ability to manage sensitive candidate and employee information with discretion.
- Comfort managing multiple priorities across three offices and adjusting to changing recruiting needs.
- The ability and willingness to travel between Tinton Falls (AMC), East Brunswick (MAC), and Westfield (WES) as required by the role.
- Comfort learning and using applicant tracking systems, electronic records, Microsoft Office, and other workplace technology.
- Sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and a solution-focused approach.
- Experience in recruiting, human resources, healthcare, scheduling, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
