We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized home care for pediatric patients with complex medical needs. This role offers the unique combination of float pool flexibility with schedule predictability and guaranteed weekly pay. You will deliver care across our high-acuity pediatric cases, assist new clients with hospital to home transition, train nurses and cover critical openings.

Responsibilities

→Deliver advanced nursing care to pediatric patients with complex medical conditions (e.g., tracheostomy care, ventilator management, enteral feeding, and central line care).
→Administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
→Float within a designated geographic territory to cover high-acuity patient cases, planned leave, or care transitions.
→Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation.
→Collaborate closely with families, primary care teams, and pediatric clinical supervisors to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Active, unencumbered RN license in NJ.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical pediatric experience required.
Hands-on experience with high-acuity interventions (Ventilator, Tracheostomy, G-Tube/NG-Tube).
Current BLS/CPR Certification.
