  • Partner directly with divisional leadership to support strategic initiatives and key business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and operational support to Assistive Care State Programs offices throughout New England.
  • Support and mentor Client Services Managers and operational team members across multiple locations.
  • Lead and manage special projects designed to improve office performance, efficiency, and growth.
  • Provide superior customer service and help ensure the delivery of high-quality home care services.
  • Assist offices with caseload management, operational challenges, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze operational and financial metrics to support divisional goals and performance.
  • Share best practices and serve as a subject matter expert for operational processes and systems.
  • Support onboarding, development, and coaching of new and existing employees.
  • Collaborate with office leaders to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and operational excellence.
  • Travel extensively throughout New England to provide hands-on leadership, training, and support.
  • Serve as a role model of BAYADA's core values of Compassion, Excellence, and Reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Director-level leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, projects, and operational initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Home care, healthcare, human services, staffing, operations, or related industry experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and motivate teams at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and execute effectively during periods of growth and change.
  • Strong technology and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 60-80% throughout New England.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving goals and successfully taking on increasing responsibility.
