Job Coach/Employment Specialist

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an Employment Specialist / Job Coach to join the team in Montgomery County, PA. We have clients in Pottstown, PA and Bryn Mawr, Lansdale PA and surrounding areas currently needing a Job Coach. BAYADA’s Job Coaches work one-on-one providing job coaching and training to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) within a general work setting.  Job coaches will assist to explore, seek, choose and acquire and maintain employment. To obtain more hours, you may also be able to work as a Direct Support Professional too!

• Empowering an Individual to obtain meaningful employment
• Assist with enhancing job skills by monitoring progress through documentation
• Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of work with people with disabilities
• Advocating for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations for the individual
• Making an impact on the community

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Day-time availability 
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred, but not required.
