Make a real difference every day by providing compassionate, one-on-one care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities - right in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. If you’re passionate about helping others live more independent and fulfilling lives, this is a meaningful opportunity to do just that. To be considered, candidates must have at least one year of verified experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We have current Direct Support Professional openings in the following locations:

Hendersonville, Horse Shoe, Arden, and surrounding cities.
- Morning, afternoon, evenings, and weekend shifts available.

Job Responsibilities of a Home Care Direct Support Professional:

Ability to work independently in a client's home/community
Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation.
Participate in community integration activities.
Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, etc.)

Pay Rate: $16/hr
