Special Needs Caregiver / DSP

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in and around Mooresville, NC. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

Hiring Direct Support Professionals in the following locations: Mooresville, Statesville, Catawba, Troutman, and the surrounding area,

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, basic hygiene)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older

• Locations We're Hiring: Mooresville, Statesville, Catawba, Troutman, and the surrounding area. 
• Type: Part-time (full time equivalent may be available) - Afternoons, Evenings, and Weekends
• Pay: Starting at $15/hr.+
