Speech Therapist- Pediatric Visits

We are currently seeking passionate Per Diem or Part Time Speech Therapists (ST) to join our Early Intervention and pediatric team in Delaware.

• Set your own schedule based on your availability
• Choose your geographic coverage area
• Part-Time (25+ visits/week), Per Diem (5 visits/week)

• Dedicated office team supporting you in the field
• Paid orientation
• Comprehensive onboarding & professional development
• Bi-annual continuing education reimbursement
• 24/7 clinical support
• Collaborative team of experienced clinicians

As an Early Intervention ST, you will:

• →Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
• →Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
• →Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
• →Use electronic documentation for each visit
• →Complete weekly scheduled visits

• Active Speech Therapist license in good standing
• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care
