- Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to understand new features, underlying configurations, and technical dependencies before they hit production..
- Client Consultation Support: Act as the technical point of contact for clients and internal client representatives. You will resolve complex queries that require a deeper technical understanding than standard support can provide.
- Technical Documentation Enablement: Create client-ready functional and technical documentation. This includes release notes, configuration guides, and How-To technical briefs that explain to implement new features.
- Light-Touch Development: Build and maintain internal tools, scripts, or prototype UI components. You should be comfortable writing Python for data/automation tasks and React for minor frontend adjustments or client demos.
- Feedback Loop: Synthesise client pain points and technical hurdles into structured feedback for the Product and Engineering teams to influence the future roadmap..
Requirements

- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and understand code from flow perspective across different projects.
- Proven experience writing Python (for scripting/API interaction) and functional knowledge of React (to build or tweak UI components).
- Good understanding of cloud platform and AI usages.
- SME Mindset: You enjoy becoming the person who knows everything about a product's configuration and capabilities.
- Documentation Excellence: Experience creating technical content that is both accurate for engineers and accessible for clients.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience with 2+ years in developer advocate role or as an QA with some hands on coding..
