About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Strategic Account Director to drive high-impact revenue growth within the enterprise E-commerce and digital space. This role requires an expert balance of strategic account expansion and targeted new-logo acquisition.

As a Value-Led and Challenger-minded sales professional, you will disrupt status-quo thinking, align complex digital commerce challenges to clear ROI, and position Bazaarvoice as a business-critical growth engine.

Industry Background: 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, specifically within E-commerce, digital marketing, or retail tech ecosystems.
Proven Deal Metrics: Track record of managing a $1M+ USD annual quota with an average deal size of $50-100k.
End-to-End Execution: Demonstrated mastery of full-cycle selling from cold self-prospecting and discovery through to commercial negotiations and closing.
Sales Methodology Fluency: Deep alignment with Value-Led Selling, Challenger, and MEDDPICC frameworks to drive urgency and value definition.
Commercial Acumen: Outstanding ability to quantify business value, construct compelling business cases, and win on value rather than price.
