Requirements

7+ Years of Experience: A proven track record in product design with a portfolio that showcases expertise in visual design, interaction design, and complex problem-solving.
B2b Saas experience .
Outbound Expertise: Experience or strong interest in designing for off-platform experiences (Email, Push, SMS) and understanding the nuances of communication design.
Impact-Driven Mindset: Deep knowledge of the product lifecycle with a focus on defining and tracking success metrics to prove the ROI of design interventions.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Figma and a growth mindset that embraces new technologies, including AI-assisted design and complex design systems.
Strong Communication: A proven ability to articulate the why behind your design decisions and navigate ambiguity with optimism and humility.
