- Titulación superior, preferiblemente en ADE, Economía, Matemáticas o similar
- Experiencia de al menos 1-2 años en la industria de servicios financieros en áreas de estrategia, consultoría, contabilidad.
- Capacidad de comunicar e influir en los principales stakeholders (áreas de negocio, riesgos, engineering, Client Solutions…).
- Elevada capacidad de análisis y síntesis, y visión de negocio bancario.
- Usuario avanzado en herramientas de Ofimática de análisis, tratamiento y reporting de información (Excel, Access, herramientas BI…).
- Usuario avanzado en ADA / programación y herramientas de IA.
