The Role This position is responsible for the process and activities after the entry summary has been filed.  The Post Entry Specialist, Senior plays a crucial role in ensuring there is compliance and oversight in filing amendments to US Customs & Border Protection on behalf of importers.  Key Responsibilities •    Maintain a professional relationship with US Customs.•    Prepare letters, reports, and supporting documentation to submit to US Customs including unreleased entries and cancellations.•    Update entries to US Customs and ensure accuracy prior to filing entry.•    Manage Post Entry Services for US Operations.•    Oversee reconciliation project.•    Other duties as assigned. Leadership Responsibilities•    N/A Job Details Reports to Post Entry, Team Leader     PermanentOperations Full-time/Part-timeUSARemote/Office Required Qualifications and Experience•    High school diploma or equivalent.•    CCS designation.•    Minimum 3 years Post Entry or regulatory experience.•    Strong knowledge in filing regulatory submissions on Protests, CF28, PSC experience.•    Strong knowledge in USMCA, Sec 232, & 301 tariffs. •    Strong verbal and written communication skills.•    Excellent organizational and time management skills.•    Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.  •    Understanding of US Operations/CBP requirements.•    Ability to troubleshoot any customs related issues. Physical Demands •    Occasionally bend, squat, kneel, reach above shoulder, and frequently sit, handle objects (manual dexterity), use fine finger movement. •    Occasionally must carry/lift loads of up to 15 lbs. Work Environment  •    Frequently read/comprehend, write, perform calculations, communicate orally, reason and analyse.
