The BDO Ireland LLP Limerick Graduate Programme 2027 is seeking applications across our Audit, Tax and Corporate Finance Departments.

AUDIT JOB DESCRIPTION

The BDO Audit Graduate Programme is designed for graduates who are eager to build a career in accountancy and gain hands-on experience working with a broad range of clients. 

As part of the Audit team, you will work alongside experienced professionals while supporting our clients. You will be involved in assisting in the preparation of financial statements, analysing financial information, and helping clients meet their reporting and compliance obligations. The role will give you exposure to different clients, business models, and financial challenges, allowing you to develop both your technical knowledge and commercial awareness. 

From the outset, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities while receiving the training, mentoring, and support needed to help you grow professionally. As you progress, you will develop strong client relationship skills, gain practical experience in financial reporting and assurance, and work towards your recognised professional qualification (ACA or ACCA). 

This programme offers an excellent foundation for graduates looking to develop a long-term career in audit and professional services or later move into industry. As part of the programme, graduates will be assigned to one of BDO's specialist audit teams, providing the opportunity to develop sector-specific expertise and build strong client relationships.  

Our audit teams serve a diverse range of industries, including Financial Services, Manufacturing and Distribution, Telecommunications, Media and Technology; Charities, Non-Profit Organisations; Construction and Real Estate.  

Working within a dedicated team, graduates will gain valuable hands-on experience, develop strong technical and commercial skills, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services to clients.

TAX JOB DESCRIPTION 

The BDO Tax Graduate Programme offers graduates the opportunity to develop a career in a fast-paced and dynamic area of professional services. Working as part of our Tax Department, you will help clients meet their compliance obligations while supporting them in understanding and managing the tax implications of their business and personal affairs. 

Throughout the programme, you will gain exposure to a broad range of tax matters, work with clients across different industries, and develop a practical understanding of Irish tax legislation. You will be involved in both compliance and advisory work, giving you the opportunity to build strong technical skills while developing commercial awareness and client relationship experience. 

With support from experienced colleagues, structured training, and assistance towards completing a professional qualification, including the Irish Tax Institute (ITI) Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) programme, this graduate programme provides an excellent foundation for graduates looking to build a long-term career in tax.
