Yard Associate

C-Tech Corporation is a highway contractor specializing in guardrail, fence, signs, and specialty handrail. 
We are currently looking for an associate to help with operations in our yard located at 5300 W. 100 N. 
Boggstown, Indiana. 

Benefits after a probationary period are health insurance and 8 paid holidays. 

After 1 year with C-Tech Corporation, you will be eligible for 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) and you will be eligible 
for our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). You will be eligible for our 401k plan after 6 months.

As a yard associate you will: 

• Work both outside and inside in all weather conditions.
• Operate large forklifts.
• Help gather and load items to be installed by our guardrail crews.
• Unload incoming trucks that are delivering our Inventory supplies.
• Process necessary paperwork.
• Occasionally deliver material to jobsite.
• Build Impact attenuators in the yard.
• Organize our yard and warehouse helping to make it easier to find inventory items.
• Maintenance/upkeep of property and buildings (watering, cleanup, weed spraying, stone for 
  drive/yard, etc.).
• Some manual work is expected.
• You will have the opportunity for overtime.
• Monday - Friday 7:00-3:30 and Saturday work is not uncommon during “busy season.”
