This is a hands-on builder role bringing modern growth marketing to disrupt sleepy old-school industries. 

Beaver Group is a founder-led private group that acquires and aggressively grows industrial businesses. You will have group-wide scope across multiple businesses with a mandate to turn marketing into a strategic competitive advantage. Your goal will be to build a replicable playbook for how to use marketing to aggressively grow industrial businesses. 

This role will suit an ambitious high-performer looking for autonomy and opportunity inside a founder-led group. 

You will own the marketing responsibilities across the group. Your mandate will be to systematically build, test, and scale an end-to-end B2B marketing machine that aggressively grows industrial businesses. 

  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a lean internal team, recruiting and developing smart A-players to achieve great results. 

  • Marketing Strategy: Create and execute the marketing strategy for each operating business and group-level initiatives. 

  • Product Marketing: Own product positioning, growth strategy and go-to-market plan for each product line in each key market. 

  • Brand & Content: Develop the brand strategy for each business and key product line, and build a high-quality content engine to execute this. 

  • Digital Lead Gen: Run and scale multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns optimized for SEO, AEO, and conversion rates. 

  • Marketing Funnels: Architect and test educational end-to-end inbound marketing funnels tailored to long-cycle enterprise sales. 

  • Sales Enablement: Deploy standard sales playbooks, decks, and conversion tools to directly arm reps at the coalface. 

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Partner with sales to execute targeted campaigns that maximize combined enterprise effectiveness. 

  • Marketing Operations: Optimize our HubSpot Pro growth stack to ensure clean data flows and track hard commercial metrics weekly. 

  • AI Enablement: Test, iterate, and deploy new AI tools to increase productivity and performance. 

You will report to the GM Revenue and lead a team of 3 direct reports. This is a group-level role across multiple operating businesses plus other group marketing activities (Founder brand, employer brand, M&A sourcing, recruitment marketing, etc).  

 

You will be a highly competitive, performance-obsessed builder searching for a serious challenge. You must bring an analytical mind, exceptional learning speed, and the grit required to scale a growth marketing engine from scratch.
