Salary Range: $16 - $17 per hour

Job Description: We are in search of a highly motivated Automotive Service Department Cleaner to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure cleanliness and organization in our service department and related areas. While this position will not involve cleaning or detailing cars, it requires physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. We are looking for a safety standards champion who is committed to maintaining a safe working environment for our team.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the service department and related areas according to established standards.
• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of service equipment and tools.
• Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts.
• Uphold safety standards and protocols to create a hazard-free environment.
• Collaborate with team members to address cleaning needs efficiently.
• Reporting observed safety hazards to management and HR 
• Work directly with management, HR, and safety compliance vendor to cure safety issues.

Requirements:

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a culture of safety in the department.
• Motivated and proactive attitude towards cleanliness and organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  
• Ability to display a strong work ethic and passion for collaboration.
• Must have U.S. work authorization without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Understanding of OSHA guidelines - highly desired.
• Ability to Successfully complete all onboarding requirements including background and drug test
