Responsibilities - Parts Counterman:

• Report to and successfully partner with Dealership Parts Manager on maintaining business standards and profitability.
  
• Assist with efficiently reconcile inventory in house and electronically.
• Assist with maintaining effective partnership with company Wholesale Department. 
• Assist in issuing parts and accessories to technicians.
• Assist in helping customers purchase parts and supplies for their vehicles.
• Assist with maintain stock levels that enable our service department to complete their work without delay.
• Maintain a clean and organized department.
• Maintain current knowledge on parts and inventory trends.
• Other Duties as assigned by Management. 

Qualifications - Parts Counterman:

• Automotive Parts experience is preferred.
  
• Excellent customer service and advanced problem solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. 
• Good organizational skills and work ethic.
• Willingness to work on Saturday as needed.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
