Responsibilities

→Contribute to feature development and maintenance of a global product within a cross-functional team
→Build and improve tools for testing, development, automation, and release processes
→Collaborate with product and design teams, bringing an engineering perspective to decisions
→Apply best development practices to drive continuous improvement
→Define and implement quality strategies aligned with team delivery goals
→Develop scalable, high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
Previous experience leading or managing development teams
Strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
Experience with Java (backend) and/or React (frontend)
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Solid understanding of design patterns and development best practices
Experience with software testing (unit, integration, regression, automation)
Advanced English communication skills
Experience working in Agile environments
