  Lead and inspire a site-wide culture of continuous improvement, fostering ownership, engagement, and accountability at all levels

  Champion BEX (Bega Excellence) tools, practices, and ways of working to build capability and drive performance

• →

  Partner with leaders and teams to identify, prioritise, and deliver high-impact improvement initiatives

• →

  Use operational data and insights to uncover opportunities, solve problems, and support informed decision-making

• →

  Embed, sustain, and standardise improvements to ensure long-term success and continuous growth

• Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, or a similar role within FMCG or manufacturing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into practical outcomes

• A collaborative and influential leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others

• Skilled at engaging stakeholders and building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation

• Lean Six Sigma qualifications or experience are highly regarded but not essential
