Internship - F&B Product

As an F&B Product Intern at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary and hospitality skills while supporting our Kitchen and Food & Beverage Product team. You will gain hands-on experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, hygiene, and maintaining the high standards expected in a luxury hospitality environment.

This internship is designed for students who are passionate about culinary arts and looking to gain valuable practical experience in a professional hotel kitchen. If you’re looking to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment.

• Assist the Kitchen team with daily food preparation and production according to hotel standards.
• Assist in preparing and presenting food according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and handling food ingredients as required.
• Follow standard operating procedures, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support the Kitchen team during daily operations, events, and special functions.
• Demonstrate discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn throughout the internship.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related program.
• Previous kitchen or culinary experience is an advantage but not required.
• Passion for culinary arts and interest in developing professional kitchen skills.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced culinary professionals.
• Indonesian citizen only.
