For the season 2027, we are looking for a Porter, to join our team Splendido!

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.

He/She will Report to the Executive Housekeeper.

Responsibilities

→Responsible for the welcome and farewell of our guests, according to the Company policies, standard and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times; 
→Ensure that the external reception area is in order and well maintained;

→Being informed about guest information (arrivals, departures and guests in house); 
→Working closely with Housekeeping staff and offering assistance when necessary;

→Deal with emergency requests when asked by a Supervisor;

→Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues;

Requirements

Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally);
Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them.
Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions.
Try and adopt new ways of doing things;
Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player e Share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback. Fluent in Italian and basic level of English;
Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships;
Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.

✓We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 5, Porter;

✓Start date: March 2027 to End date: November 2027, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;

✓Monthly gross salary + separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR; Welfare incentive based on quality goals;
