Storekeeper Daily Worker

As a Storekeeper Daily Worker at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our storeroom. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, handling daily stock movements, and ensuring all items entering and leaving the store are properly documented and controlled. • →Maintain accurate perpetual inventory records and handle the daily issuing of inventories.
• →Conduct regular physical inventory counts together with the Cost Controller.
• →Monitor and report any discrepancies between physical inventory and system records to management.
• →Ensure proper documentation of all merchandise entering or leaving the store, including receiving records, purchase orders, and authorized requisitions.
• →Coordinate with the Cost Controller and relevant departments on store receiving and issuing schedules.
• →Maintain an updated list of authorized signatories for store requisition purposes.
• →Post all store requisitions and transfers into the system on a daily basis.
• →Maintain proper organization, cleanliness, and security of all storage areas at all times.
• →Act with Heart by supporting smooth and reliable operations for our colleagues and departments.
• →Make the Moment through attentive, accurate, and responsive service to internal guests and team members.

• Previous experience in a storekeeper, warehouse, inventory, or related role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock handling procedures.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and responsibility.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with inventory or stock management systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with different departments.
• Physically fit and able to handle daily storekeeping activities.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Willing to work as a Daily Worker.
• Indonesian citizen only.
