→Partner with Product Designers and Creative Directors to translate product vision, business goals, and user needs into thoughtful design solutions
→Collaborate with UX Researchers to interpret insights, apply findings, and evolve designs based on user feedback
→Work closely with Product Managers to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure design aligns with product strategy
→Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes for complex, data-driven workflows
→Present UX and UI work clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback in a professional, constructive manner
→Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible, well-documented, and implemented with quality
→Work effectively with both internal and external execution teams across disciplines
→Contribute to and help maintain design systems, patterns, and standards to ensure consistency across the platform
→Participate in design critiques and reviews, clearly articulating design decisions and rationale
→Iterate quickly based on feedback, technical constraints, and evolving requirements

0-2 years of experience designing digital products, platforms, or complex applications
Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and collaborative workflows
Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, user-centered design solutions
Genuine excitement and usage of AI tools and a willingness to explore how they can accelerate and elevate design—from ideation and research synthesis to rapid prototyping and workflow efficiency.
Comfort collaborating across disciplines and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly and confidently
