Supply Chain Analyst

• →Serve as the primary owner of Supply Chain master data across planning and execution systems supporting multiple sites.
• →Manage end-to-end master data and system change requests, including intake, impact assessment, routing for approval, implementation tracking, and closure.
• →Ensure alignment between system parameters, SOPs, work instructions, and supporting documentation following approved changes.
• →Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, IT, and Planning to ensure changes are reviewed, approved, and implemented accurately.
• →Maintain governance controls, audit trails, and documentation to support internal and external audits.
• →Monitor data integrity and proactively identify and resolve data-related issues impacting supply chain performance.
• →Develop, maintain, and publish Power BI dashboards and reports to support visibility into supply chain KPIs.
• →Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support planning, inventory, and operational decision-making.
• →Provide analytical support for cost improvement and continuous improvement initiatives led by Supply Chain leadership.
• →Support weekly and monthly KPI reporting to internal stakeholders.
• →May have to travel
   

• →Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate data across multiple systems.
• →Demonstrated experience with master data governance, change management, or system administration in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• →Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across functions and communicate impacts of changes clearly.
• →Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
• →Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• →Experience with supply chain planning systems (e.g., Blue Yonder) preferred.
• →Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field and/or a professional supply chain certification is preferred.
