As an ASP Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting our authorized service partners and ensuring our customers receive excellent service.
Your responsibilities include:
Providing first-line support to our authorized service providers (ASP)
Monitoring daily operations and following up on internal and external escalations.
Tracking customer turnaround times (TAT) and helping improve service performance.
Building strong relationships with our service partners and supporting them through communication, training, and performance reviews.
Coordinating with internal teams such as Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.
Identifying recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Participating in projects focused on improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Coordinating local market requirements with internal departments.
Preparing monthly performance reports for our service partners.
Occasionally travelling to support projects or partners (maximum 10%).
HBO / Bachelor working and thinking level (through education or relevant work experience).
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or willingness to learn quickly.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.

This role is focused on service operations and coordination.
We are specifically looking for candidates who are motivated by service quality, process improvement, and operational support, rather than sales-oriented roles.
Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, customer service, retail, or administration is an advantage — but not essential.
Attitude, motivation, and ownership are what matter most.
