We are looking for someone who is pro-active, driven, solution-oriented, and patient, to join our Technical Support Engineer (TSE) team within the Customer Care Department.
As a TSE, you will need to ensure the after-sales product quality, repair quality, and any technical support from our call center and installers.
Providing 2nd tier technical support for our customers within Europe;
Providing solutions for our installation partners during the installation process;
Provide training for our contact centers and service partners
Quality management, amongst this New Product Introduction quality monitoring;
Occasional on-site visits based on urgent requests (up to 1 day advance notification) within Europe;
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions related to our products.
3 years of relevant technical working experience, preferably in the field of Projector or (large) displays;
Workload prioritization;
Provide step-by-step technical help in easy-to-understand English even to non-technical customers;
Familiar with standard operating systems such as Windows and MacOS;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and setup. (ex. Firewall configuration).
Good communication skills;
To be a team player but also to have the ability to work independently;
Good comprehension of English, both written and spoken.
