Expression of Interest (Philippines) – SAP Business One Support Consultant

As a Support Consultant, responsibilities may include:

• Understanding customer requirements and business objectives.
• Detecting issues, troubleshooting, and investigating ways to resolve.
• Conducting training, offering workarounds, and presenting new features or modules, to enhance customer’s application usage.

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP Business One consulting and/or support experience
• Strong expertise across SAP Business One core modules and core add-ons
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft SQL Server or SAP HANA
  • Crystal Reports
  • Business process analysis and optimization

• Fluent or native-level English proficiency
• Additional languages are highly valued
• Strong customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Ability to thrive in multicultural and globally distributed teams
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
