Following the combination of Betclic, Tipico, and Admiral, we are undertaking a major Finance Transformation to create a Combined Group Finance function within Banijay Gaming.
As Finance Transformation PMO, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating this strategic transformation program, ensuring robust governance, effective execution, and transparent reporting across multiple workstreams. Reporting to the VP Strategic Finance, you will work with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, HR, Legal, and other business functions to help build a best-in-class Finance organization supporting a €3bn revenue business operating across multiple jurisdictions.
In this role, your main missions will be:
- Coordinate the overall Finance Transformation roadmap and delivery plan.
- Maintain the integrated program plan across all workstreams.
- Ensure milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths are clearly identified and tracked.
- Organize and facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and program reviews.
- Prepare agendas, materials, minutes, and action trackers.
- Develop and maintain program dashboards and reporting packs.
- Track progress against objectives, milestones, timelines, and budget.
- Monitor KPIs and transformation success metrics.
- Produce executive-level reporting for senior leadership and steering committees
- Maintain the program RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Proactively identify risks and escalation needs.
- Coordinate mitigation plans with workstream leaders.
- Ensure critical decisions are documented and tracked.
- Coordinate interactions between Finance, Technology, HR, Legal, and business stakeholders
- Support communication activities across the transformation
- Facilitate collaboration between teams located across multiple countries
We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!
This job is for you if:
- You have 5+ years of experience in PMO, project management, transformation programs, or consulting.
- You have previous exposure to large-scale transformation or organizational change initiatives.
- You possess strong finance acumen and understand finance operating models.
- You demonstrate excellent project coordination, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- You are highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You are comfortable working with senior executives and cross-functional international teams.
- You have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- You are fluent in English.
If your application is shortlisted, our Talent Acquisition team will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
Next, you will meet the VP Strategic Finance, your future manager, followed by key stakeholders involved in the Finance Transformation program.
Finally, the Talent Acquisition team will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
