Business/System Analyst

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and manage system requirements.

- Model business and technical processes using user stories, use cases, diagrams, and other visual representations.

- Analyze and design integrations with internal and external services.

- Decompose tasks, build roadmaps with dependencies, and document system behavior.

- Support developers and QA with detailed specifications and data structure descriptions.

- Continuously improve documentation quality in Confluence and JIRA.

- Synthesize solutions to meet requirements and mitigate risks.

- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business/System Analyst in software development.

- Strong understanding of microservice architecture, real-time messaging, and system integrations (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, message queues).

- Ability to describe data structures and logic in a clear, structured way.

- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility.

- Upper-Intermediate English (for communication with international teams).

- Basic SQL knowledge or experience with data analysis tools.

- Experience with high-load systems or real-time data processing.

- Understanding of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
