About Bethel University
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide oversight and management of Minnesota Paid and Family Leave, Workers’ Compensation, Disability, FMLA, and leave processes.
- →Notify and meet with all qualified employees of rights & responsibilities under FMLA and Minnesota Paid and Family Leave.
- →Assist Business Partner with ADA interactive process with employees.

✓Bachelor’s degree – Business, Human Resources or a related field.
✓Associates degree in business with 2+ years of experience would also be considered.
✓1-2 years of Human Resources experience preferably in benefits administration and/or leave management.
✓High level of customer service skills.
✓Ability to handle employee concerns with empathy and sincerity.
✓High sense of attentiveness and accuracy.
✓Knowledge of state and federal regulations, benefit rules and regulations, and benefits analysis techniques.
✓Ability and desire to learn.
✓Have ability to work on several tasks.
✓Able to maintain composure in complex situations.
✓Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive and HRIS systems
✓Able to handle high degree of confidential information.
