About the Role
~1 min readJoin our Enrollment Management Operations team as an Operations Analyst (AI & CRM). In this role, you have the opportunity to manage technology and play a vital part in Bethel’s mission to educate and equip students in a Christ-centered community. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Management Operations, you will be our team's tech-savvy problem solver. Your time will be split between managing and refining our conversational AI instances and optimizing our Admissions CRM (Salesforce). While this is a non-IT position, you will serve as the crucial bridge between our department and the IT division, helping define needs, troubleshoot front-end issues, and escalate technical tickets.

- System Stewardship: Serve as the internal expert on our AI instances, ensuring these tools are accessible and performing effectively for both staff and students.
- Output Quality Control: Regularly test AI responses and "tune" prompts to ensure they align perfectly with our department’s voice and institutional accuracy.
- First-Line Troubleshooting: Address user errors, login issues, and functional glitches within the AI platforms, resolving what you can before escalating to IT.
- Process Documentation: Create clear "How-To" guides and training materials for staff on how to best utilize AI tools in their specific daily workflows.
- User Support: Act as the primary first point of contact for team members and external partners who need help resolving functional CRM issues.
- Data Hygiene: Perform regular checks and audits on lead input records to ensure data integrity and institutional accuracy.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build, customize, and maintain the vital reports and Salesforce dashboards our recruitment and management teams rely on.
- SuperUser Testing: Serve as our team's Salesforce SuperUser, leading front-end testing and working closely with ITS on system enhancements and upgrades.
- Collaborate with and support the broader Enrollment Operations team on special projects, heavy cycles, and seasonal admissions goals.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and administer new software applications, including AI tools and CRM systems. Programming or coding experience is not required.
- Comfortable navigating, configuring, and working within CRM environments (Salesforce) and Generative AI interfaces.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop and/or laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.

Typically, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with the expectation to work specific schedules and hours as identified and communicated by management. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This is a 40 hour per week, 12 months per year position.
