You are a hands‑on Country Manager ready to shape and grow Betsson’s presence in Brazil. In this role, you will act as the local market leader, connecting global strategy with strong local execution. Your work will directly impact growth, customer experience, and long‑term success in one of our most exciting markets.

You will play a key role in developing and strengthening Betsson’s Brazil market at scale. This is a high‑impact leadership role with strong visibility and influence across the organization.

Lead and represent the Brazil market, acting as the main point of contact for local operations and stakeholders.

Drive market growth by supporting revenue targets and ensuring effective execution of commercial and marketing initiatives

Oversee the day‑to‑day operational setup in Brazil, including local administrative processes and coordination with external partners.

Develop and contribute to long‑term business plans focused on sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion.

Act as the voice of the Brazilian customer by defining customer needs and supporting product localization efforts.

Monitor service quality and customer experience across the entire lifecycle, in close collaboration with central teams.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, legislation, and internal policies.

You bring solid experience in a senior or managerial role within iGaming
You have a strong understanding of complex international organizations and know how to navigate multiple stakeholders with confidence.
You are hands‑on, entrepreneurial, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution.
You have a strong commercial mindset, with experience driving growth, optimizing resources, and delivering results.
You thrive in fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments and are comfortable working with data, KPIs, and insight.
You communicate clearly and effectively in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
