At Betsson Group, we offer a Hybrid Work From Home (WFH) model, allowing you the flexibility to work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Responsibilities

  • Assist both Spanish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and meet other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Translate promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language
  • Manage customer accounts efficiently
  • Adhere to company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Background in customer service, whether face-to-face, online, or via phone calls
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
