At Betsson Group, we offer a Hybrid Work From Home (WFH) model, allowing you the flexibility to work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist both Spanish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone
- →Collaborate with your team to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and meet other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- →Translate promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language
- →Manage customer accounts efficiently
- →Adhere to company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Background in customer service, whether face-to-face, online, or via phone calls
- Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
