We are looking for a detail-oriented creative designer to join our Brand and Creative Team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing ideas to life through motion and design, and enjoys working across multiple markets and formats.

Responsibilities

→Creating high-quality graphics, animations, and visual assets for different markets and platforms.
→Designing key visuals and static assets that translate effectively into motion pieces.
→Delivering high-quality, aesthetically strong designs and animations aligned with brand guidelines.
→Applying design and motion effectively across the full media landscape (social, ads, video platforms, etc.).
→Working with industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other relevant software.
→Editing video pieces with strong sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling.
→Leveraging AI tools for content creation, animation, and workflow optimization (considered a strong plus).

The ideal candidate should have strong foundations in visual design, animation, and video editing, with proven experience in similar roles and a solid portfolio that demonstrates both motion and design craft.
Strong and up-to-date portfolio/reel showcasing both static and design work (mandatory)
Proficiency in motion and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
Experience with AI-based creative tools is a plus.
English is a must
Based in Bogotá
