Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Betsson, You will be part of a team working towards delivering innovative products and industry-leading user experiences on a global scale. You will primarily be responsible for producing designs based on insights, having the mastery and creativity to turn these insights into beautifully crafted designed products, as well as building prototypes that can inspire the organization by showing what is possible before it is taken to development. Working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, You will play a key role in the success of our products by envisioning a user experience and product aesthetic that are best in class. 

• 3+ years of experience in user interface design, user experience design, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Strong design portfolio highlighting UX/UI skills in various areas. Examples in gaming and/or fintech are an advantage.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with using metrics, data, and research to drive product design decisions.
• Proficiency with design and prototype tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD InVision, Webflow, Axure RP, or similar.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills (English).
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with agile and remote development teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with user research methodologies, including conducting interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B/n Testing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst also being a strong team player.
• Experience working with a design system or pattern design library.
• Experience within the online gambling industry and a passion for creating responsible and enjoyable gaming experiences is an advantage.
• Formal qualification(s) in interaction design, human-machine interaction, or similar will be considered a plus.
• Prior experience with graphic design illustration using tools such as Photoshop & Illustrator will be considered a plus.

• →User-Centric Design: Perform analysis of prevalent user journeys and build an understanding of our user needs, preferences, and pain points. Translate findings into user-centric design solutions that enhance the overall gambling experience.
• →Interface Design: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital applications, captivating users with an engaging and enjoyable experience.
• →Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and validate ideas. Iterate and refine designs based on research, insights, and best practices.
• →Iterative Design: Consistently review the live product and actively participate in continuous product improvements ensuring a certain quality standard upon product launch (MVP) followed by further improvements based on iterative and evaluative feedback.
• →Collaborative Product Development: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle. Provide design expertise and contribute to product strategy discussions.
• →Competitive Analysis: Keep track of industry trends and perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our products.
• →User Research: Work closely with the Central Research teams to conduct user testing and gather insights through various methods like surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behaviors, pain points, and preferences.
• →Design System: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across different product features and platforms.
