As the Senior Manager, US Spanish Growth at BetterHelp, you’ll join a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product pros, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for expanding access to therapy. BetterHelp is looking for an experienced growth marketer who has excelled in highly cross-functional environments. This role requires someone with strong go-to-market expertise, the ability to plan multi-channel marketing for client acquisition, and experience influencing the end-to-end product. This person needs to be a fluent Spanish speaker and ideally has experience working with the US Hispanic population. 

  • Localize and tailor the BetterHelp product to serve Spanish speakers in the US.
  • Manage BetterHelp’s marketing budget aimed at Spanish speakers. 
  • Optimize the media mix and marketing budget across all channels- including Paid Search, Facebook, TikTok, TV, Podcast, and Radio. 
  • Represent the cultural nuance, needs and preferences of the US Hispanic audience to help BH better understand the segment. .
  • Manage supply and demand balance for Spanish speaking therapists and clients.
  • Use data and business cases to champion Spanish speaking segment growth
  • Work & influence cross-functionally and asynchronously with BetterHelp teams (including product, compliance, legal, engineering, clinical operations and more)  
  • Develop the medium and long term growth plan, product, and marketing localization for Spanish speakers in the US.
  • You will NOT worry about "runway", "cash left", or "how much time we have until the next round". We have the startup DNA but we're fully backed and funded, all the way to success.
  • You will NOT be confined to your "job". You will get involved in product, marketing, business strategy, and almost everything we do.

Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We ask employees to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Travel expenses are covered and reasonable accommodations are made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.
