• Proven experience building and optimizing quiz funnels and other acquisition funnels.
• Strong understanding of performance-driven, creative-first advertising and funnel optimization.
• Solid knowledge of analytics, key acquisition metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis.
• Experience working with the creative side of performance campaigns and scaling acquisition strategies.
• Intermediate+ level of English or higher.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong business and performance focus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives proactively.

• Experience with other paid channels — Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, Bing Ads, etc.
• Experience working with video creatives across multiple acquisition platforms.
