- Conduct market and competitor research to identify creative opportunities and generate new ideas.
- Develop creative ideas for advertising materials and create initial campaign concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback to User Acquisition Managers, designers, and product teams.
- Collaborate with designers, influencers, and content creators to produce creative assets and video content.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of creative production and testing processes to support marketing goals.
- At least 6 months of experience in marketing, SMM, or influencer marketing, preferably in eCommerce, fashion, or online marketplaces.
- Strong sense of visual style and well-developed aesthetic judgment.
- Business-oriented mindset with a focus on results and problem-solving.
- Strong market and competitor research and analysis skills.
- Experience creating briefs for designers.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
- Creative mindset with a passion for generating fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
- Experience in content creation.
