Responsibilities

  • →Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner
  • →Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts (3-way matching)
  • →Ensure proper coding of expenses and compliance with company policies
  • →Prepare and execute payment runs (bank transfers, checks, etc.)
  • →Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • →Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
  • →Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships
  • →Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals
  • →Support audits by providing required documentation
  • →Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
