Concept Artist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Concept Artist based in the Pretoria Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will create 2D art and concept designs, develop compelling character designs, and produce detailed and visually appealing storyboards. You will also collaborate closely with the creative team to develop innovative visual concepts, contributing to the movement of African animation. Mastery of specialized design tools such as Blender will also play a key role in your daily tasks. Experience with design tools and software, including Blender for 3D design and animation A keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to deliver within deadlines Previous experience in animation or related fields is a plus. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work within a creative team. Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
