The Role:

The BeyondTrust International Payroll analyst is responsible for processing the global payroll cycle of 400+ International Employees to ensure accurate payroll preparation/processing and related responsibilities such as tax filing and reporting, benefits-records administration, and payroll systems maintenance.

What You’ll Do:

Duties are to process end-to-end payroll process to ensure accurate and timely end-to-end execution of the Global monthly payrolls in the following countries: Australia, France, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Israel within the CloudPay payroll software and UKG HRIS system.

• Validate gross-to-net payroll calculations, process payroll registers, validate accuracy and completion of data to ensures proper processing of earnings & deductions related to employee/employer taxes, benefit elections, and statutory requirements.
• Firm understanding of base salary/hourly wages, variable compensation (commissions, bonus, incentive pay), pension and retirement contributions, expense reimbursements, severance and termination payments in accordance with local labor law, paid time off, vacation accruals, sick and parent leave, benefits, garnishments and statutory withholdings
• Perform pre- and post-payroll reconciliations, including headcount checks, variance analysis and department validations
• Firm understanding of the international tax and social security landscape; compliant with country specific regulations.
• Engages 3rd Party Vendors to confirm receipt of Benefit files related to PSA and P11D in the UK, BAS & FBT Filings for Australia, Quarterly Welfare & Insurance receipt in France, and WGPS Filings in the UAE.
• Knowledge of year-end payroll reporting requirements and taxation in accordance with International Payroll laws.
• Coordinate the payroll calendar across multiple time zones and pay frequencies ensuring no pay cycle is missed.
• Partner with CloudPay’s in-country payroll experts to resolve country-specific issues, apply statutory updates and ensure compliance.
• Maintain confidential information regarding Employee information within personnel database.
• Report to Payroll Manager regarding daily activities, issues pertaining to international employees, and changes in statutory requirements.
• Assist Accounting team with international audits, Payroll Invoices and General Ledger Reconciliation

What You’ll Bring:

• Ideally a minimum of 3 years of hands-on multi-country payroll processing experience, preferably across EMEA and APAC region
• Experience with UKG, (desirable) (Ultimate Kronos Group) and CloudPay strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with global payroll software platforms
• Ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple time zones and payroll calendars
• Exceptional attention to detail with a zero-defect mindset toward payroll accuracy
• Experience supporting payroll implementations.
