Collegiate Ministry Director - Murray State College

Oklahoma Baptists is accepting applications for a full-time Director of the Baptist Collegiate Ministries (BCM) serving Murray State College, with ministry on both the Tishomingo (main campus) and Ardmore campuses.

Murray State College has a strong history of collegiate ministry and offers a unique opportunity to engage students across two campus contexts. The Director will provide spiritual leadership, vision, and oversight for BCM while fostering evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and student involvement in the local church.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Currently pursuing a seminary degree, willing to pursue seminary education, or completion of seminary training
• A clear sense of calling to collegiate ministry
• Ability to work effectively with college students, campus administration, local churches, and Oklahoma Baptist leadership
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
