Assistant Project Manager - Renewables (Construction)

- Open competitive wage structure (based on experience) plus Per Diem.
- Full-time, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday), with occasional evening or Saturday hours as needed.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will report directly to the Project Manager and work closely with office and field teams. Your primary focus will be supporting operations to ensure the project remains safe, profitable, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and schedule updates. Maintain an accurate 4-Week-Look-Ahead Schedule and assist with updating the Primavera schedule.
- →Update and analyze the Performance Tracker to monitor profitability, optimize equipment utilization, and reduce operational costs.
- →Collaborate daily with key teams-including Safety, QA/QC, Logistics, and Construction-to ensure quality execution, timely material deliveries, and safe job site environments.
- →Interface directly with clients regarding project needs, assist with material ordering, and review/approve vendor invoices.
Requirements
~2 min read- Proficiency with key industry software: Primavera, Bluebeam, Asana, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Trimble Viewpoint, and Propeller Aero.
- Experience or background in construction project support, documentation, and scheduling.
- Willingness and ability to accommodate heavy travel nationwide as required by project needs.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Self-driven approach with high attention to detail and a commitment to job-site safety.
