IT Infrastructure Specialist

• →Support and maintain IT infrastructure across North America
• →Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues
• →Configure and support Cisco networking, VLANs, VPNs, and switches
• →Maintain Windows Server environments, VMware, and virtual systems
• →Support Microsoft Azure, Intune, and endpoint management
• →Manage laptop imaging, software deployment, and mobile devices
• →Monitor system performance, backups, updates, and security patches
• →Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding and user training
• →Document technical processes and maintain IT inventory
• →Partner with internal teams and leadership to support business operations and IT projects

• 6+ years of IT experience in systems, infrastructure, or network support
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, networking, and virtualization
• Experience with Azure, VMware/vCenter, Intune, and MDM tools
• Experience supporting Cisco networking environments
• Understanding of VPN connectivity, routing, VLANs, and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-moving environment
• IT certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, or VMware certifications are a plus

• Hybrid schedule with 3–4 days in office
• Up to 15% travel
