Shift Maintenance Fitter

• →Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across the plant.
• →Diagnose faults quickly and carry out effective repairs.
• →Support installation work and equipment improvements.
• →Drive plant reliability, uptime and continuous improvement.
• →Work closely with operations teams to minimise downtime.
• →Coordinate specialist maintenance activities with contractors.
• →Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
• →Support preventative maintenance programmes and root cause analysis.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Mechanical or Electrical Fitter role.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced process, manufacturing, waste, water or industrial environment.
• Understanding of planned preventative maintenance principles.
• Ability to prioritise and respond effectively to breakdowns.
• Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification preferred.
