We are a revenue management and distribution service for STR hosts. We take over the complexity, optimise across channels, and make sure every property is priced and positioned to perform. The model is simple: sign up properties, manage their revenue, and deliver results that make the decision to stay obvious. Every operational workflow is heavily AI-enabled, which means we run lean, move fast, and deliver a level of service that would require a much larger team without it.
In four months we have reached $1M USD in GMV. The model is validated, the unit economics work from day one, and the growth trajectory is clear. The business was built inside a Bifrost Studios venture studio and is now spinning out as a standalone company. The founding team stays close as board members and product partners. The CEO owns the P&L and takes it from here.
- Own the commercial strategy and P&L from day one: set the direction, define the target market, and make the calls that drive the business forward.
- Build and lead the sales team: hire, onboard, and manage the first cohort of reps, setting quotas and holding the team accountable
- Get into market personally in the early days: close the first tranche of properties yourself to validate the playbook before scaling it through the team.
- Drive the business to $5M GMV at 20%+ EBITDA margin within 12 months.
- Shape the commercial engine: define what a repeatable, scalable sales motion looks like for this business and build it.
Requirements

- Has owned a P&L or revenue number and delivered profitable growth, not just volume.
- Understands the sales motion at ground level: has closed deals personally in a fast-cycle environment and knows what a winning rep looks like.
- Background in STR, PropTech, or high-volume SMB sales. The ability to speak the language of hosts, property managers, and local market operators matters.
- A decision-maker. Takes ownership of commercial outcomes and moves without waiting for consensus.
- Comfortable selling a service with a clear value proposition to non-technical buyers: hosts, property managers, and local market operators.
- California-based or willing to relocate. We operate in the Greater LA area.
