We are now scaling rapidly toward launching 100 companies per year.
At Bifrost, recruitment is one of our core enablers. Across a portfolio of 20 and growing ventures, the single most decisive factor for whether a company succeeds is the team behind it. Getting that right, fast and consistently, is a strategic function, not an administrative one.
We are hiring a Student Assistant to work directly alongside senior leadership and founders across our portfolio. You will own sourcing pipelines, run interviews, and coordinate hiring processes across multiple companies at once, from day one.
You will work with AI tools extensively, move fast, and operate with a level of responsibility that most people do not get until several years into their careers. The role is 20-25 hours per week with flexibility around your studies, and comes with a clear path to a full-time position when you graduate.
- Work directly with senior leadership on hiring strategy, criteria definition, and candidate evaluation.
- Own workstreams within the Bifrost talent framework for building high performance companies
- Source candidates for roles across the portfolio using LinkedIn, AI tooling, and creative outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines across multiple active searches simultaneously.
- Run first-round interviews and deliver sharp assessments to founders and hiring managers.
- Coordinate the full interview process from first contact to offer, keeping candidates and hiring teams aligned.
- Use AI tools to increase throughput and quality across every step of the recruitment process.
Requirements

- You are a confident, outgoing communicator who can hold your own in conversations with senior talent, founders, and experienced operators.
- You are comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment where high-stakes decisions are made every week.
- You are AI-native and willing to adopt tooling to 10x your productivity.
